About Us

Shalini Chhabra is a seasoned Banker with over 2 decades of experience in Credit Risk Management, handling lending to various segments in the Indian Corporate Sector. 

She has worked with various large domestic and multinational Commercial Banks in Credit Risk Management. Most recently, she was a Senior Vice-President & Senior Credit Approver at HDFC Bank. Prior to HDFC Bank, she has been with Citibank N.A and Kotak Mahindra Finance Limited (now Kotak Mahindra Bank).

She has managed diverse portfolios including Large Corporate, Inter-bank, Financial Institutions including Mutual Funds and Insurance, Government / PSUs,, SME and structured finance including Supply Chain Financing, Factoring, Securitisation, Inter-bank participatory notes etc. She has a successful track record of having managed varied types of businesses with impeccable asset quality. 

She has also handled Risk Policy and Basel implementation for HDFC Bank. 

Shalini is a graduate of College of Business Studies, Delhi University and post graduate from IIM Bangalore. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Government Law College, Mumbai.
